Mr. Halim Podiono is a seasoned executive with over 26 years of experience in the apparel and construction equipment industries. A graduate of George Washington University with an MBA in Finance, he has led companies across Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia, including roles as Marketing Manager and Managing Director at Goldindo and Ultratrex. Known for his strategic leadership, Mr. Halim has successfully established global distribution networks and world-class manufacturing operations, earning industry respect for his contributions to both sectors.

Mr. Wong Kok Seng is a veteran in the construction equipment industry with over 20 years of experience and has led Ultratrex Machinery Sdn. Bhd. as Managing Director since its founding in 2008. With a background in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri, his prior leadership at Konecranes laid the foundation for building Ultratrex into a global leader in shallow water dredging equipment, marked by strong international expansion and profitability.

Mr. Philip Koh is a results-driven finance professional with over 25 years of experience in operational accounting, restructuring, and financial systems enhancement. With prior roles at Guthrie GTS, Flextronics, and Volvo Group, he currently serves as CFO of BrilliA Inc. and holds directorships in SCP International Holdings and SAP Capital. He holds a Business degree in Accounting from Monash University and brings deep expertise in financial turnaround strategies.

Ms. Wong Poh Chan is an accomplished finance and operations executive with over 20 years of international experience spanning Microsoft, Deltronics, and Europe Asia Bank. Fluent in five languages and holding degrees from Tsukuba University, she has led initiatives in branch setup, SAP implementation, and cost optimization across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, bringing a strong blend of strategic, operational, and multicultural leadership to the board.

Mr. Ken Lee is a seasoned supply chain executive with 17+ years of leadership experience in integrated resort operations at Marina Bay Sands and Crown Resorts. With a background in manufacturing engineering and certifications in Six Sigma and business continuity, he brings deep expertise in logistics, procurement, and operational transformation, having led cost-saving and productivity initiatives that earned national recognition.

Mr. Karl-Heinz Barth is a recognized authority in the underwear and private label industry, with over 25 years at Triumph International and leadership of Corsina Europe and DORINA. He later founded BRACLUB GmbH, leveraging his extensive supply chain expertise and global textile network. A graduate of Heidenheim University, he brings valuable knowledge in bodywear manufacturing and brand development.

Mr. Marc Iyeki is a capital markets and regulatory expert with over 20 years of experience, including senior leadership at the NYSE, where he advised Asia-Pacific companies on U.S. IPOs and governance. A Juris Doctor from NYU, he has served on public and private boards and brings deep expertise in securities law, investor relations, and ESG strategy, with a track record of guiding high-profile listings and de-SPAC transactions.
